Exchanges and Returns – Klosti Concept
You may request an exchange or a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Procedure
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use a courier of your choice, provided that the product is returned under the following conditions:
• Properly packaged in its original packaging
• In perfect condition, with no damage or signs of use (products must be suitable for resale)
• Complete with all original accessories, documents, and instructions
• Accompanied by a shipping document that allows identification of the order and the customer
If the returned product does not meet these requirements, the right of withdrawal may be refused.

Conditions for Return/Exchange Approval
The item must be:
• Intact, unworn, and unwashed
• With the original tag still attached
• Complete with original packaging and accessories
• Accompanied by a copy of the order or the customer’s full name and order number
If any of these conditions are not met, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
Size or Item Exchange
In the case of an approved exchange, the new shipment will be sent by Klosti Concept at our expense, via DHL Express, within 7 business days of receiving the compliant return.
Refunds
Once the return has been verified and approved:
✅ The value of the product will be refunded to the original payment method
❌ Shipping costs will not be refunded
Promotional Items
For items purchased on sale or during promotional periods:
❌ Returns are not accepted
❌ Exchanges are not accepted
