Shipping Times and Processing
Orders are processed on business days from the time they are received. During periods of high volume (such as sales, holidays, or promotional campaigns), processing may require additional business days. Once processed, the order is handed over to DHL for delivery.
Delivery Times
After the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery generally takes 24–48 business hours. For shipments to Italian islands, an additional 1 business day may be required.
International shipping is also available. Delivery times for orders shipped outside of Italy may vary depending on the destination country and city, as well as customs procedures and carrier operations.
Please note that during certain periods of the year (such as holidays or sales) or in the event of force majeure, delivery times may be subject to slight delays.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link provided by the carrier, allowing you to monitor your delivery. Within 24 hours of shipment, the first tracking updates should become available by clicking on the tracking link.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, prior to the customer’s final order confirmation.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, shipping costs do not include any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or additional charges. Any such costs, if applicable, shall be borne entirely by the purchaser, who is responsible for informing themselves through their local authorities about any potential fees or import requirements.
